If the ballet shoes are the soft one without block on the tips, just pop them in the washing machine on a woollens or delicate programme at its lowest temp setting.
As for jazz shoes you don't mention wich type of material they're made of. If they're leather, leather furniture wipes will do, if they're suede you'll need a special suede shoe cleaner, most shoe shops sell that.
