I need help finding a recipe...?
I had a salad in a restaurant when i was in L.A. last year. it was near westwood next to the AMC theater.
It had sliced avocadoes, tobiko (flying fish roe), lettuce and a bit of cucumber strips, and also a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Im looking for the salad dressing recipe...

30 ounces white miso
3/8 pint sake
10 ounces sugar
2 egg yolks
Put the miso, sugar and sake in a medium sized saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat and quickly beat in the 2 egg yolks, 1 at a time. Immediately dip the bottom of the pan into ice water to cool rapidly
