Which one is better: New York City Ballet Work-out or David Howard's Beginner Ballet?

Well it depends on what you want to achieve. NYCB work out DVD is great for getting a ballet body. You really stretch and tone your body but won't learn to dance.

David Howard is good for learning to dance if you're a beginner with absolutely no experience.

Of course the best way to learn dance is to just get into a dance class. It's hard at first, but very enjoyable.

I like ballet workout.... David Howard i think is a little easier though if you are a beginner.
