I need help with my ballet turn out!?
I already have an ok turn out but i'm hoping to get a perfect turn out in the shortest amount of time possible. If anyone knows of really good stretches or exercises, PLEASE help me.

in first position turning out is about rotating using butt muscles try to make the back of your leg twist around what really helps me with my turn out is floor barre (basic bar but on the ground really great for injured dances but also strengthens dancers muscles)

try doing the froggy stretch on the ground|||I once had the same problem. Unfortunantly there is nothing that will completely transform your turn out. It just takes time and alot of practice. If you are going to attempt to stretch your feet out, do it slowly, and don't push them any further than they can go, you could seriously ingure your knees.|||generally slow steps trying to maintain turnout like:
