Is there any basic adult ballet available in malaysia?

i had called the studio in my place and they seems dont welcome old kids(18 yrs old) like me...they charge kinda expensive reason's i don have basic...i cant afford the fees for long term and my parents will never support me...is there any classes cost below $100 in malaysia?
