wayne ballet teaches adult classes it is a great place for adults. It is outside the city but worth the drive, I have taken classes there before.

good luck|||The In Motion Performing Arts Center. It's in Feasterville (About 5 minutes from Philly) , but it is the best dance studio in PA. It is home to Dance Del Bello ( An extremely good ballet company), which was founded by a former member of the Pennsylvania Ballet.
