Afraid of failing advanced ballet class?
I'm trying a new, advanced ballet class. My teacher says I've improved, but I'm not as good as the other girls who have recently left my beginner class for the one I'm going to now. I DO NOT WANT TO BE TOO WEAK AND BAD!!!!!!! Please help!!! I have until January!!!!!!!!!! Stretches, exercises for legs/ankles/back/abs, diet tips (its very strict, but I love it!)

legs- (most important i think)
100 frog jumps a day.
go on the stairs in your house. put your toes on the edge of of the stair let your feet hang down good stretch.
splits 5-6 times a day, butterfly plus anything else you like
50 rises a day you dont need your shoes on or anything. i prefer doing them quickly but still correctly, it gives you a burn
okay this doesnt have a name but second position plea releve but still in plea straighten and bend 50 times
abs-
laying down in bed spell the alphabet with your toes. like lift up the leg like a foot do uppercase lowercase on both sides.
do wall sits for a cumulative of five minutes a daythat does wonders
also 50 sit ups and 20 sit ups a day
