Best way to show off my talent (theater performance) I need help urgently?

Here's the story:

Im potentially an A* actor but my GCSE group Im working with is awful- no commitment in rehearsal at all etc and theres practicly no scenes where characters talk to eachother (I have tried so hard to get them to follow a plan that'll meet all the exam criteria but they wont listen- they're extremely niave even though they're all in the high B grade boundries.

Well, I get 2 scenes as a main role (non naturalistic) where I play a Dr (explaining to the main character that hes suffering from lust), and also a strange carnival owner (explaining everything right now is a dream).

I really dont want to be brought down in the "plot structure" points- because they wont listen, there is one week left and noone'll do it

Luckily for the carnival owner I got some lighting choreography with a competent friend and a long monologue,

What kind of things will give me "bonus points" for the marking. Its practicly my only scene- Im doing lighting and piano (supporting the play)

As a potential A actor you will know instinctively how to show off

your talent. (It is, btw, for others to discern any glimmer of promise)

Noel Coward told us to remember our lines and not to bump into the furniture. Watch out that the others do not try to upstage your own effort on the night. It happens.
