Do you have a local music shop that sells sheet music? You'd be surprised at how much music they have. You could probably find the book with that song and just skim it. Bring a notepad and take notes.

FP|||The song is in standard tuning. Most early Dream Theater songs were in standard tuning, but Petrucci has experimented lately as some of their newer material is dropped tunings. However, you should be able to play most, if not all, of their songs from the first four albums in standard.
