Help with song title?





There's a Dream Theater song I can't remember the name of. I can't remember any words either. All I can say is that the song consists mostly of eerie instrumental music with some vocals. I recall the song mentioning death. I know that's not a lot to go on, but your help is appreciated. Thanks!
