How do I finger these chords?

These are the chords to a song by Dream Theater. I know the chord shapes, but I am having trouble deciding which fingers to put where. The D/C# and the E/G# are the most difficult. Are these just difficult chords or is there an easier way to play them?

it would take me a long time to explain but in terms of D/F# you would use your index finger to barre the bottom 3 strings on the second fret.

your middle finger would reach up to the top string to hold the second fret.

then your ring finger would hold the third fret on the B string.

the fact that your holding the B string at the 2nd fret with your index doesnt matter as it your ring finger on the 3rd fret cancels it out
