As it stands, it seems that you have been going through a bit of stress lately. The theater without seats bring to mind of not fitting in with those in your surroundings. The brain and guts part, could be a warning your subconscious is telling you to take care of yourself, as the stress is contributing harm to your system internally as well as externally.
