Can someone give me a general outline of important events in history?
I'm trying to understand the most important events in the world but I'm finding difficult since there's so many. I've learned the basics of the events (e.g. revolutionary war, world wars, european history) but I need someone to list down the important events kind of like this:
1770 CE American Revolution begins
1775 CE Declaration of Independance signed
1860 CE Civil War begins
And so on...
This list should start around... 0 CE.
Can someone give me a general outline of important events in history?greek theaterLOL... It's very hard but I'll give you a very GENERAL outline:
- 4-6 BC birth of Jesus Christ (it's hard to explain but I did NOT make a mistake...post a question if you don't know this problem in history...)
- around 30 AD Christ dies
- 110 AD maximum expansion of the Roman Empire (almost all of Europe + Regions of the Middle East and N. Africa, 22 mil people!!)
-around 200 AD beginning of the end for the Roman Empire
-VI-V centuries - the barbarians settle down in western Europe (in the later centuries they merge with local civilizations and form the western nations), the empire is divided in half....east is more powerful.
-476-the West falls (officially).
- 533-557 - the Eastern Roman Empire reconquered certain parts of the West..later they will lose them
