I have a dog in training and ...

I am looking for dog events or places where one can sociallize with dog.

Call local obedience schools and ask if they have doggy play groups. Many of the schools around us offer this! Just call around and inquire :)

I am not sure where in CT you are located. I bring my dogs to school in Manchester, CT and they have the play group twice a week for an hour at a time. My dogs have a BLAST!!! It is a wonderful alternative to dog parks (I do NOT bring my dogs to dog parks, they are horrible). You know all the dogs are trained, UTD with vax, and the owners are responsible!!
