Depends on what you love and where you want to work. I was big into 4-H through junior high and high school. In my state (Montana), the county extension agent leads the 4-H program. It was a fun job for her and she liked it a lot. She had to be good with people, enjoy leading a program, and have an outgoing personality.

As to whether you want to do it or not, I can't say. The degree will be helpful for you whereever life takes you, though, and I don't think you'd regret getting a degree.
