IF the McCanns are proven innocent of killing Madeleine, do you think the people here who have labelled them murderers will slink off quietly? To the Mirror forum, perhaps? Or will the more vocal carry on shouting abuse?
I'm not talking about the child neglect aspect (which I don't dispute), I am refering specifically to the accusations of murder people have thrown around.
Now for those who think the parents are innocent. Will they feel vindicated if the McCs are cleared? Have you learned anything of value about yourself throughout the debates here?
Last but not least, a question for all to carefully consider: how in the heck can you wash yer neck if it ain't gonna rain no more?

I don't think that there will be any slinking off involved as personally I think that it will be seen as an error of Justice no matter what happens. If they are proven innocent the anti McCanns will say that it is due to the money they invested in the case rather than a just decision. If they are proven guilty the pro McCanns will say that they were framed by the police. It's a lose, lose situation as everyone has made up their minds already. Once a person makes a decision it makes it hard to convince them that their opinion is wrong no matter what the proof.
