Does anyone know how to view or run a file with extension .ep?

The website fileextension was no help. Does anyone have any experience with this file and how it works?

Someone gave it to me for my carwash computer but windows cannot run it , it asks what program created it?

The ONLY thing I could find is PHP scripts with that extension. If it is a script, we can force it open to see if it is text. Use WordPad, navigate to the file location, Open --> all types. If the resulting page is readable, ie not a bunch of "hollow boxes" and gibberish characters, we're getting somewhere. Then, I'm afraid we would have to evaluate the code to figure out if the script is for Python, VBscript, PHP, ASP.

http://filext.com/file-extension/EP|||If you right click on it and choose properties from the drop down there should be a details tab in there. Don't know what version you are running but look around. If your really lucky the company that made it should be in there.

Use Yahoo to see if they have a listing of that company.|||Perhaps this could be an *.eps file (Encapsulated postscript).

EPS is an image format. Try opening with an image editing application like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP.
