Does anyone know what it means when "No active leg extension in last 30°" after ACL reconstruction surgery?comedy club

Assuming that, when your leg is straight, it is at zero degrees, and when it is bent at a right angle, it is at 90 degrees, the above statement would imply that a person cannot voluntarily extend the leg from thirty to zero degrees, that is, the leg will not go straight out unless forced to do so by some external means, such as having another person forcefully straighten the leg.
