and so i was thinking about dying extensions that color
but idk if i would die blonde extensions

because lighter hair takes the color wayy more right? and i dont want it to be mismatched eeew
Extension Dying Question?performing arts showYou could get dark brown extensions and dye them the red color. Or dye the blonde extensions a darkish brown and then dye them red. And if that doesn't work, you can dye the brown or blonde extensions black, and dye them red!
I would definitely test it out on a small piece of hair instead of dying it all at once.

i havent tried it...but idk|||ok the best way to color natural extinsions is by coating them first in a hot oil treatment cold, and rinsing well. this will fill in any dry spots so the color takes evenly. this works on your hair too. i went from natural red to blonde to blue in a week without any patchiness.|||ooomg. Okay, the dark color would have to lighten up before it could become a red, or brown, or whatever. If you have to lighten it to begin with, just get the blond. I STRONGLY advice coloring the blond hair versus lightening/coloring the dark extensions. You are going to get a more true color anyways with the blond. Good luck
