Good metal? (read before posting)?

Young metal fans (20 or younger), don't get angry, the older bands were considered metal when they came out and I am (fairly) considering them as such.

I want to know if anyone knows any good metal I haven't been introduced to. I listen to some 80's metal, some new. I mostly like Melodic Death Metal. I don't want anything satanic or gorey. That means no to cannibal corpse and slayer... Though, I do like a few of their songs... That's irrelevant.

I like: As I Lay Dying, Underoath, Black Sabbath, Tool, Atreyu, Blue Oyster Cult, Queen, Steppenwolf, Lacuna Coil, Cradle of Filth, Mayhem, Kreator, Pantera, Judas Preist, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Prodigy, Fear Factory, Dark Tranquility, In Flames and Led Zeppelin, Rammstein, Blood Stain Child, Alice in Chains, Faith No More(kinda techy), Dream Theater, Rage Against the Machine, Cruxshadows, The Devil Wears Prada... and a lot of other bands I don't have space to mention...
