This is crap, it doesn't work i've tried everything and read all these answers people give: click the dialpad again blah blah blah THAT DOESN'T WORK! Nice going Yahoo you screwed up.......

If you have pressed the phone icon and launched the dialpad but clicking on the numbers does not dial the extension, then that is a problem with Yahoo! Messenger or a problem with the service. First, try reinstalling Yahoo! Messenger. A reinstall will ensure you have the latest build of Yahoo! Messenger available. Also, a reinstall will copy over any other Messenger files that may have become corrupt and caused the issue dialing extensions. If after the reinstall the dialing of extensions still does not work, contact the Yahoo! Voice cusotmer support team through the new support method - Live Chat.
