Has anyone gotten the new Dream Theater biography, Lifting Shadows?

This was a special offer, that I saw on MikePortnoy.com, where a huge DT fan was writing a book, but needed a certain amount of "pre-orders" in order to have enough in sales to publish the book. Well, it was made, I got it about 2 weeks ago, and I think that anyone who cares about DT should get this book.

Not yet.

I have EVERY OTHER POSSIBLE DREAM THEATER PARAPHERNALIA IMAGINABLE, but not that book.

I even have the keyboard anthology.

So, this is now officially on my "to-get" list.
