A friend of mine co-owns a restaurant, and in the basement we hold weekend xbox360 tournaments/ wii competitions/ LAN Parties. Sometimes the guys want to play poker for low stakes. Just fun stuff, but we can go all night until the morning hours. Is it legal to do this in a place of business? The restaurant is closed at night and im not sure if all of our cars parked out front will cause suspicion or something. Would the police care about this? Would they have any right to come in? (We dont make crazy amounts of noise) We are in New Jersey near a city, not a great neighborhood.
