in this question I would like to eliminate the extension ph for example my current email address is elmerrockys@yahoo.com.ph. I want to erase the ph and turn to elmerrockys@yahoo.com.

The reason you are getting .ph extension at the end of your yahoo ID because of the Philippine address you have put during your yahoo registration.

If you sign in new account with united states address, yahoo will automatically assign you an email address without any extension.

Try it today before some one else takes your ID. :)
