How can i get rid of this newdotnet application extension? My spybot search n destroy wont erase it?

Newdotnet is notoriously hard to remove manually, since it inserts itself into the LSP chain. The best way to remove newdotnet is to uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs.

If you've let Spybot remove parts of it though, it may not have been uninstalled cleanly.
