I've recieved a graphic files from the internet. It says that this is a vector graphic files (all file came with a .ai extension. How can I view these images and convert them to jpeg files?

Two possible solutions: download irfanview and plugins from irfanview.com (GREAT graphics manipulation sw, really easy to use). Another, more complicated and vastly more powerful: install GS (ghostscript) and run it on the command prompt with something like gs file.ai -r300x300 -o output.jpg -dJPEG. Run gs --help to get help; not really suitable for beginners.
