How do I save an internet video to a file? The extension I would guess is a .flv. Thanks.?
If u want to download a video from any of the sites below:
YouTube,
Google Video,
MySpace,
DailyMotion,
AnimeEpisodes
Blennus,
DumpALink,
Glumbert,
Lulu TV,
VSocial,
PhotoBucket,
Yikers,
ZippyVideos and many more...
you can use the software VideoGet, its great!!
Otherwise, here's a one more method that works if that video is not embedded, that is when u open it in media player, do the following:
when media player loads and is playing your music/video click File then Save Media As..
select a place to save to and rename file if you wish but dont change File Type
leave it as Internet Cache then click save.
your music/video will then download quicker than normal download speed and you will then have your file in the location you set.
One more method if u r using Internet Explorer:
a. Click Tools - Internet Options
b. In the General Tab, click the Settings button available in the Temporary Internet Files group.
c. Click View Files to open your Temporary Internet Files folder. Depending upon your IE settings, the Temp. folder can contain tens of thousands of files.
d. Click View - Details. Now click View - Arrange Icons By - Internet Address. Depending upon the webpage, there could one or more Video files under the Inernet Address.
e. Once you find the right video file, right-click and choose Copy. Then paste the file in any other directory. Be sure to
