How do I stop yahoo groups from posting events in my yahoo calendar?

I am subscribed to several yahoo groups and they are spamming my yahoo calendar with events. When I open up my yahoo calendar, it lists several hundred repeating events for each day posted by different yahoo groups that I belong to. How do I stop this?

What Special Friends can do:

Add new events to your calendar.

Send out an invitation on your behalf.

View, edit, and delete events that have Public and Show as Busy event permissions.

See only the word Private on your calendar for events that you have marked as Private.

Add a task to your task list.

What Special Friends can't do:

View event details of Private events.

View Private tasks.

Respond to invitations received from others (this is done through email).

Import, export, or synchronize into your calendar.

Change your calendar options.

It just tells how to let more people access my personal calendar. I solved the problem myself by removing all the groups that were spamming my calendar. This was not the solution I was looking for, but worked just the same. Report It |||Check the terms of agreement. They have been given the right to post events by you. I hope this helps.
