If your talking about making the trophy garden bigger, i doubt that can happen. Once a day, you can go to the trophy garden and talk to the owner (he is in the first room on the right wing when you come into the building) and he will go through a long dialog (answer "yes" to both questions) and will tell you the "pokemon of the day". If you want that pokemon, go to the far back of the building and into the grass. I think the pokemon of the day is an uncommon pokemon, because it usually takes awhile to find it.
