You will need to get register the name with an ISP.

Let's say your name is answergirly.

Then you would go to an ISP such as www.godadday.com.

Register anwswergirly.com with them

As part of this they give you an email which will look like susieq@answergirly.com

Alternatively, you could go to yahoo or hotmail and see if answergirly is available for an email name. Then you would be answergirly@yahoo.com or answergirly@gmai.com
