How much would it cost to do an extension?
Im in the early stages of buying a property.
The dining room leads to the kitchen. The dining room is about 6ft wider than the kitchen and i wana make the kitchen the same width.
How much would this cost roughly?
The house is a small terraced house. and only way through the house would be through the front. So it would have to be done by hand.

you have to have an architect.. get it approved planing permission wise.
a roof perhaps? foundations... materials.. and ofcourse labour..
theres no alleyway to bring the materials thru? around the back.. or your neighbour behind you has a way in you could use..
otherwise don't bother putting down new carpet =)
