We had this with our old house, if I remember correctly it means there is still valid planning permission, ring the planning section at your local council, you can go and view the plans. I think planning permission lasts for a while once it's been submitted providing you stick to the original plans.|||Subject to Town Planning. Usually it's STPP (subject to planning permission). It just means the permissions haven't been granted yet but extending is feasible.
