I'd just get the leaf blower and blow it out.... yes, bring the leaf blower into your house and up into the room, open the window and have at it. Any debris that won't get blown will need an extra long stick. Now, you can go to any Home Depot store (Paint Dept.) and get long sticks that screw into each other; usually used for painting really high ceilings. Attach 2 or 3 sticks together with a screw-on brush and VIOLA!!! clean gutters. . .Then invest in "the Gutter Helmet" It's a covering that snaps over the gutter that doesn't let anything but water into it.
