Where I live in the city it is a 1 month deadline,

call the area where you were citied and find out.

Also some places do not have traffic school it is optional to the Goverment in that area.|||Ask the court. If you don't go to traffic school you will probably have to pay the fine.|||U know, u can also take traffic school online. Just get the traffic rules book from the DMV, and just take the online quiz. Also, I live in California and have had friends going through the same situation. You might have to ask the traffic school you're applying to see if they will still clear the ticket from your record. But, they should do it.
