I need help with my current events?

Well, we have to do "Current events", where you write about an article you found, on the internet, newspaper, magezines, etc.

Current Events

My current event is on an article I found online about a chimp who knew how to use sign language, and died. I chose this article, because I thought it was weird how a chimp could use sign language, and the chimp taught 3 other chimps how to use sign language. The chimp was named Washoe, who had learned around 250 words. Washoe died on Tuesday night, and was taken to a veternariean hospital in Washington State University on Wednesday Night.

Washoe was in her 40s before she died,

That's all I got, but I don't know what more to add, I need to add 3 more paragraphs around that long.

I am sure there is a lot of information about Washoe out there, being that this is a pretty special animal. I just googled "Washoe" and "Chimp" and got about 46,700 pages. Find some good ones (not as much of the news stories, or little pages on things like geocities or angelfire or something like that) that give information about how Washoe learned sign language, why they wanted to teach her this, an example of harder words she learned, and you'll do fine.
