If one of the most important events in your life never happened, how would your life be like now?

Recently I've been thinking and I was doing a lot of searching and came upon a question I kept asking myself. One of the most important events happened two years ago when I was 16 and sent to the hospital for a stroke and almost died. If that had never happened I would be playing basketball again and I was scheduled to be seen by a scout before it happened and I always wish it would have never happened because as my friends venture into university life I was forced to be held back. But despite it being a good or bad life changing event, do you think you would be more or less satsified with your life if this one event would have never taken place??

I would probable be either locked up in jail or dead because the most important event that changed my life was when Jesus found me and gave unto me a new life and a new beginning. Before I was dead to God and didn't understand the things of God until I ask Christ to come into my heart and I got what I asked for. I mean Jesus by the power of his spirit came into me and he anointed me a kingunto Him. I hadn't known that from the very foundations of the world that in the heart of God I'd one day walk with Him and when I accepted Christ, He personally became living to me. He is more than flesh and bone, He is eternal spirit and life and until one accepts him they remain dead in sins and eternally separated from God but it doesn't have to be that way. God is very much a gentleman, He will not force himself on no one but comes to the willing heart who needs what He has to offer and it is free, it cost you nothing yet He gives you everything encluding the power to reign as true sons and daughters whom he wil never remember their sins but puts them all in a sea called "FORGOTTEN" and He will never bring them up to hold against you but will fellowship with you in your everyday life until you see him face to face..
