Yes! they are important to learn because they are proofs or evidence and it will serve as a guide for you to make future decisions. Memories will still be in our hearts and i will not extinct. Transcend past and present to future becomings.

I can't think of a good reason.|||the past is the past|||I wonder just how much is infact true and not fabricated.|||This is very true, but most do not learn from others mistakes thus repeating the same mistakes of prior generation just in different ways.|||If you don't learn about the past you become ignorant and foolish. You will make the same mistakes as those before you.|||Never forget that the victors write the history. It is at best a fanciful rendering where the writer is the paragon of all that is good and the loser was the source of all evil.
