mVCD - With the MVCD (mole video CD) it concerns a not standard-conformal video CD (VCD), which offers a playing time of approximately 2 hours per CD.

Layman's terms - somewhere someone came up with an inventive method to compress 2hrs video to a Standard CD of 700 MB.

I wouldn't try to re-encode it to burn as DVD or Divx it may not be worth your time. I haven't tried it yet but there is information on the Internet to just burn the mVCD as a VCD with Nero Burning ROM.
