4 day late/very light period. ladies i need some help!?





ok well a few weeks ago i forgot to take my pill for birth control(have been taking it for 2 years). and the next day my and my boyfriend had sex, he did not ejaculate in me.. but im worried there was still sperm on his penis..because we had sex 10 minutes before With a condom. and i took 2 birth control pills that night.. one for that day.. and the other for the night before. now my period is on its 4th day.. and i am onl having VERY light spotting, all the signs of a period is here.. but no cramps.. im eating alot, got head aches... moody.. AND, the 3 days before my period was suposed to start.. i was VERY STRESSED OUT. for 3 days strait.. and now my period is not here.. and im crazy stressed out.. did stres make me miss my period?? if i took a preg test now, would it be accurate? im so worried! me and my boyfriend have always been so carefull... im so scared :( what should i do??? has anyone had a late period cuz of stress?? omg :(

Yes, i have been late and abnormal periods when stress hit me. You still need to go to a family doctor and get a pee-test done just in case it takes just a few minutes and is accurate. Sometimes if your chest is sore you may be pregnant so please, please be doing this soon! Its possible you're not, because lubricated condoms are ususally coated in *spermicide* which kills any unwanted sperm but if you went to a women's health clinic or family doctor because of this scare a family doctor or clinic test is your best option.And no, you don't have to have any parental inclusion it goes in your record and that record stays between you and your healthcare provider .Your doctor can't say anything to anybody about what he knows because all doctors are required to take the hipopocratic oath which starts "thou shall do no harm..." so muster up your courage and take a doctor's urine test to be sure.. you must know. And then go from there.
