Am I getting dumber?





OK, this year in school I have so much work because I have basically assumed a double coarse load compared to last year and stay up late everynight. Last night I didn't sleep, actually from 5:15-5:30 so I did get 15 minutes. When I woke up I was so disoriented. I walked downstairs and after getting dressed went back up to my room to sleep, something I never do. Also, in school I counldn't retain any information and my speech was horrible, low, slow. My eyes are still burning too:-(.

Oh yeah, and I saw a fake plant moving its leaves at me, ha.

So am I getting dumber because of sleep deprivation?

Also, what are some things I can do to manage my time more efficiently?

Eat Breakfast, and think about getting homeschooled, and tell your doctor that you have problems with sleeping, or ask your doctor for a lseeping pill, and do your hw at lunch

you need some down time...go chill out and try to spend some time writing out your schedule...or cut back on some activities|||You are not getting dumber...you are getting dysfunctional.|||yes lack of sleep can cause fogginess the best way is to stop and take 20 min naps to get you through. don't go without sleep. you will get more done after a short nap.|||You're not getting dumber.. you just need sleep.
