Bed time too late?

Hi, just want to know what you think about my daughters bed time. She is now 10 monhts old and she's been going to bed when we go since I can remember (she sleeps in her own bed). Because my boyfirend usualy gets home around 9 pm we all usualy stay up until midnight and she's up with us. The good thing is that she sleeps trhu the night and usualy for 10 - 12 hours a night which is great, because then in the morning I have time to do whatever I need before she's up. It's really working for us this way now and I think that when she goes to creche (probably after she's a year old) she will just change her routine as she will have to wake up early so she will be tired earlier and hopefuly go to bed around 8 pm or so. Do you think that's it's ok for her to be up late with us, it's not like we are keeping her up, she wouldn't sleep before 10.30 pm,we tried. Thanks Klara

She's a baby. It doesn't matter what her bedtime is right now. As long as she gets plenty of rest during the night and maybe a couple naps during the day there's nothing wrong with it. Eventually as your schedule changes so will hers.
