RENT IS DUE ON THE FRIST OF EACH MONTH AND THEY GIVE ME TILL THE 3RD !!BUT THIS MONTH IT FELL ON LABORDAY WEEKEND SO I TRUNED IN MY RENT ON THE 4TH DO I STILL GET A LATE FEE ?????

Yes, because the 1st was not a holiday, neither was the 2nd.|||It would be the same if the 3rd falls on a Sunday. Maybe if you contact them they will not charge you.|||No exceptions for holidays, offices usually have a drop box. There is no waiver for holidays, unless there is no drop box or no way to take it that day.
