This last pay period I enclosed all the cancellation notice nubers and verification info. Now, this month I am still right back where I started.

All informatins was provided, closing date,who I spoke to. I was provided a cancellation notice number. In my last billing cycle I enclosed all of this info to clear up this matter;l guess what? next bill has been received and nothing has been corrected. Please help me get this issue completed. Well obviously there were checks still out and that is why your getting charges still. Find out what all checks are out and then get the money that should be there to the bank and have them make it available when the checks come in.
