I go to bed late...?
and I sleep late, do you have any ideas on how i can get out of this habit...i feel sick when i wake up to early cause of lack of sleep.
I go to bed late...?paramount theaterI have this same problem.....but I have been working on it for a couple of years.....and I have found when I discipline myself to go to bed at 9:00 p.m. for at least three weeks then my body starts to feels tired at that time eventually....some good motivations to get myself to this is to list the benefits of good healthy rest....
1) look better without big bags under eyes
2)feel better when you do wake in a early morning hour
3) have more time in your DAY life to accomplish goals
4)Can have proper energy to exersize daily that helps you sleep better...

try taking some sleeping pills. It may help you get into a right habit. You can buy them at any wal greens or walmart, pretty much any grocery store.|||You should try exercising later in the day so you are more tired earlier. The sooner you go to bed, the sooner you will wake up.|||I am the same way. I have no reason to get up "early" since I work at 3 pm. That's why I keep the same routine. Go to bed at 6 a.m. and get up at 2 p.m. Nothing wrong with it. I get disrespected a lot but there is no reason for it. No one is better than you/me just because they get up when the sun rises.|||Take some sleep pills from Doctor's advice|||do you know why you sleep late. if yes alter it, try yoga exercise this makes you to control your body, so, you can sleep early.
