i keep getting up real early in the mornings and i want to sleep in late. But i wake up about like 4:00 in the morn. i just cant stand it ahhhh!

Also, a minimum of 8 hours of sleep is required for any person. Otherwise, man will become mad.
It is very difficult to get up early morning for anybody.
But there are many people who get up early morning.
Also, 4 AM getting up everyday is good time. keep it up. But you have not mentioned what time you go to bed.

I know my body needs 7 hours of sleep in order to be at optimum peak but I can live with 5 hours. Everyone is different.
Try going to bed later and you should get the same amount of sleep but sleep 'in later".|||I used to have the same problem and I feel your frustration. No matter how hard you try to fall back to sleep, you can't! At first, I tried taking "Simply Sleep," which did the trick but I didn't want to be dependent on them.
