it's cutting it close, but its probably not too late. You need to go to the post office and get your pciture taken. You will have to fill out a bunch of forms and then the person working there will send the stuff to the government. You might need express (I think its called) which costs extra in order to get it in time.

Your post office (some) should be able to process passports even take photos on the spot too, there are expedited processing and takes about a couple days but of course its extra charge. USPS passports are sometimes only by appointments so just look it up online. June 30? You've got a long time.

At the top click on apply for a passport.

Click on the hyperlink to 9,000 passport acceptance facilities

Key in your zip code and it will list all the places you can go to apply for a passport within 10 miles of that zip code

If you pay an extra $60.00 to have it expedited you will have it within 3 weeks. The other option is to get an appointment at one of the 13 regional agencies. There you can get same day service the catch is you need an appointment, and you need to be leaving within 2 weeks and you'll need to show some proof of your travel (tickets, itinerary, etc).
