I'm 10 days late- negative tests and cramping!?

Ok, so my period is 10 days late. I bought the 3-pack e.p.t. and EVERY test has come back negative. Well, yesterday I had abdominal cramps that were killing me! They were sharp and would come and go. I thought this would be a sign of my period, but that has yet to happen. Any ideas on what's going on? I have my yearly exam the day after Christmas, but just thought I'd get other people's opinions. Thanks.

My first physical sign when I was pregnant was that my boobs felt sore... but everyone is different. Maybe you're cramping BECAUSE your period is late. If I were to guess, I'd say you weren't pregnant... however a negative test doesn't mean much this early. Consider getting a blood test done if you really, really want to know.

it sounds llike you may be, but the hcg level could be low and that could be why the tests are neg........wait a couple days and test again.|||i tested negitave for 4 tests i did at home and didn't know i was pregnant till i was too weak to do anything for myself and had to go to the doctors. if you can hang on till your appt. then i would do that, however if you get severe pain then i would go to the doctors. good luck and happy holidays=)|||I had that happend to me before and I went to the doctor and they told me I had a bacterial infection down there and thats why I was late. But I kept on being late for several months though before I went to the doctor. It is possible to test negative early in the pregnancy but the hormone levels should be high enough soon. Test again in about 3 or 4 days or just go to the doctor. Honestly you may be late because of stress or fatigue. The holidays can get rough.
