I'm 2 days late..Can you tell me if these symptoms sound like pregnancy?

Bloating, major increase in cm, headaches, tender breasts and fatigue.

I get bloating and leg pains but only about a day into my Aunt flow.But have now had them for about 5 days and my period is 2 days late and is always right on schedule!

I have taken two HPT both of which we're negative so i am going to wait another 3 days before i try again.

It could be pregnancy symptoms, or PMS symptoms. I think your doing the right thing wait a few days and test again. Its not uncommon for a period to be a couple days off. And it's also not uncommon to get a false negative if your early on.
