I'm late and not sexual active, what should I do?!!!?

I'm 12 days late, haven't gained weight or lost weight, not stressed or anything. I've been regular for the past year and a half and i've had it for almost three years. I'm really nervous because lately I has been screwing up but now it just stopped. Should I go to my regular doctor? Also my sister has pcos, she's only my half sisters but can I still get it? Please help!

What do you mean by "screwing up"?

Anyway, if you're not sexually active and are still younger than 16 or 17, this could still be perfectly normal. Just because you miss a period doesn't automatically mean that there's something wrong with you. I would wait it out a month and then if you miss a 2nd period, then go to the doctor.

Since you're not sexually active, you really have nothing to concern yourself with. Women very often skip periods for no other reason than it's a month that starts with an "F." Or it was a full moon. Or they ate feta cheese on the 12th. In other words, sometimes there's no rhyme or reason.

If it would make you feel better about things, then sure go to your regular GP. But chances are they're not going to find anything.
