even though i dont want to, i tend to self sabotage my best efforts. i know i can be very successful, but i screw it up all the time, im late all the time i cant get up in the morning and then end up missing work cause u cant be late to work. i have all sorts of crazy things going on that i screw up and feel hopeless affter about. i try not to, but it happens.. i just dont know whats going on here and how to stop it, i dont wanna lose my great job and ruin my life...

"Strong Will Power" is the keyword for you here.

So, you know you need to do the right thing, but you still don't.... thats because you have two inner voices going in your head - The good & the bad. The good is pushing you to do better and making you realize that you did wrong & could have done better...while the bad one is telling you to take it easy, relax, do it later, sleep some more time.

And because your "Will Power" is not strong, you tend to go the easy way and give-in to the bad voice, which later puts you in trouble.

Since by now you are tuned to listen to the 'bad voice" always.....the best way to get out of this and make your Will Power stronger is to do exactly opposite of what the "bad voice" says to you.
